The 59th CSHP-OB Annual General Meeting and Educational Sessions will be held on Saturday November 17, 2007.
Your education committee has been working hard to organize a conference which will address several important issues in your practice.
- Anti-coagulation in an ambulatory / outpatient setting
- Challenges in managing febrile neutropenia
- New antifungals and their role
- Heparin induced thrombocytopenia
- Canadian hospital pharmacists with unique practice experiences outside of Canada
